Welcome to Homes with Heart 25

We are honored to introduce Homes with Heart25, a Florida nonprofit organization created from a simple but powerful belief: that safe, stable, and affordable homeownership should be within reach for more individuals and families, especially the next generation entering adulthood.
What began as an effort to support Gen Z adults (ages 20–29) on their path toward homeownership has grown into a broader mission that embraces people from all walks of life, including educators, military members, first responders, foster-care families, single parents, elderly individuals, and others facing housing barriers.

At our core, Homes with Heart25 exists to remove obstacles to homeownership by supporting programs that provide down-payment assistance, closing-cost support, essential appliances and furnishings, and moving-related needs. We are also committed to partnering with nonprofit organizations that share our mission and serve community members in need.

To celebrate our launch in 2025, we are hosting five unique charitable fundraising events, each dedicated to supporting our housing initiatives and honoring a different group in our community. As part of these events, eligible participants may receive an entry into a promotional drawing.
Contributions made during these events help fuel our charitable programs and strengthen our ability to support families and partner nonprofits across Florida and beyond.

Our vision extends far beyond our inaugural year. With community support, Homes with Heart25 will continue building a network of resources that uplifts families, empowers future homeowners, and strengthens communities throughout Florida and the nation.
